How we use information
We use your information to provide and secure the service, manage accounts, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, improve the product, and communicate with users who opted into waitlist or launch notifications.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, reporting, and product planning. Public-site analytics are used to understand visits, waitlist interest, sign-up funnel activity, and checkout completion at a high level.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and customer support tools.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for security, session handling, and login functionality. We also offer optional analytics cookies on public marketing, waitlist, sign-up, login, and checkout-confirmation pages so we can measure site visits and funnel activity using Google Analytics 4.
When analytics cookies are accepted, we configure Google Analytics to collect high-level event data such as homepage visits, pricing button clicks, waitlist joins, registration page views, login page views, checkout starts, checkout completions, and contact-form submissions. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, billing details, or subscriber trade-operational data to Google Analytics.
Marketing, waitlist, and email communications
If you join the waitlist or opt into launch communications, we may send updates related to early access, launch timing, pricing, and product availability. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional messages at any time.
Transactional emails such as account verification, password reset, billing notices, and security alerts are still sent when necessary to operate your account.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely immune from risk.
